1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Kordano is operated by Kordano LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St #25588, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected]. These Terms and Conditions govern our website and Kordano Time software, including its web, desktop and mobile applications and related services.
Kordano Time is our time-tracking and workforce-management product. Kordano Chat and Kordano Work are upcoming products; previews and waitlists do not mean those products are available to buy.
2. Accepting the terms and managing accounts
By subscribing to or using Kordano Time, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept them on its behalf. You must have the legal capacity required to enter the agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage users, roles, permissions and settings. Do not share another person’s account or access a workspace without authorization.
3. Your subscription and right to use the service
During your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the purchased service for your organization’s lawful work, subject to your plan and these terms. Kordano owns its software, branding and other intellectual property. You retain rights in the information you submit.
You authorize us to process that information as necessary to deliver, support and secure the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. This permission does not transfer ownership of your data to Kordano.
4. Workplace tracking and your responsibilities
Kordano Time supports time tracking, attendance, reporting, approvals and configurable work-evidence features. When enabled, these may include activity levels, application and website usage, screenshots and screen recordings. Authorized workspace users may see that information according to roles and settings.
Your organization is responsible for selecting lawful settings, informing workers and obtaining any notices, consents or other legal basis required by employment, privacy and recording laws. Do not use Kordano for covert or unlawful surveillance. A general acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent legally required for a particular feature.
Review reports before using them for payroll or employment decisions. Kordano provides software; your organization remains responsible for those decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, upload malicious content, circumvent access controls or subscription limits, access another workspace without permission, disrupt the service, or use it to harass or harm people.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful activity, security threat or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will notify you and allow the issue to be resolved. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Pricing, delivery and recurring billing
As of 15 October 2026, our website offers a free waitlist for Kordano Time. Paid access is planned to begin on 1 December 2026; this is a planned launch date, not a promise that the service is available today. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid order. When Kordano Time is available to use, we offer a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription: payment begins only after the product is usable and you choose to subscribe. Before you confirm a purchase, we will show the activation date and billing start.
Standard online Team subscriptions are processed through Paddle and billed monthly. Enterprise is an enquiry option, not an online subscription available to purchase. Any Enterprise engagement, availability, scope, price and payment arrangements must be agreed separately in a written contract; its agreed terms govern that engagement. The plan, seat quantity, included features, currency, price, applicable taxes and any special-offer conditions are disclosed before you purchase. Any different terms must be expressly shown and accepted before purchase. Joining a free waitlist does not start a paid subscription.
Paid access begins on the activation date disclosed for your purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the next monthly billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorize those disclosed recurring charges. Seat changes, upgrades and any associated charges must be shown before you confirm them.
We will disclose material price changes before they affect a future billing period and honor applicable confirmed price-lock commitments. Founding and introductory offers are subject to the eligibility and duration stated for the offer.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation at [email protected]. For a Paddle purchase, you can also use the subscription-management link in your receipt or the Paddle customer portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop further subscription charges. Your paid access normally continues until the current paid billing period ends.
We offer a full refund of your first Kordano Time subscription payment if you request it within 14 calendar days of that payment. Renewals and cancellation do not restart this initial-payment guarantee. Other refunds, statutory withdrawal rights and billing errors are addressed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. A full refund normally ends access to the refunded subscription. Mandatory rights and Paddle’s applicable transaction rules are not restricted.
8. Transactions processed by Paddle
Where your checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for that transaction. For those orders, our reseller Paddle.com conducts the order process as merchant of record, handles payment collection, relevant transaction taxes and receipts, and provides order-related customer service and returns/refund support. Kordano supplies and supports the software.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the transaction alongside these service terms. These terms do not remove any greater rights Paddle or applicable law gives you. For Paddle billing assistance, use your receipt or paddle.net. This section applies only to purchases actually processed by Paddle.
9. Service availability and changes
We maintain and update the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network issues and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. Keep exports of records your organization needs to retain independently.
We will give notice of material changes affecting paid services where required by law or our agreement. Any non-excludable statutory warranties or remedies remain available.
10. End of subscription and workspace data
Cancellation stops renewal; it is not an immediate workspace deletion. Export any records you need before paid access ends. We delete customer workspace data held by Kordano, including screenshots and recordings, within one calendar month after the paid subscription ends.
This deletion period applies to Kordano-held workspace data, including copies in our backups. Media in a bucket controlled by your organization remains subject to its own storage and deletion controls. Minimal records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction or tax records, may be kept for the required period. Paddle may retain its own transaction records under its separate obligations. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Legal rights, disputes and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, refund right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Contact us first if you have a service dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, court, payment-provider dispute process or other remedy available under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will identify the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued or override a confirmed commercial commitment without a lawful basis.
