Review work without another check-in.
Browse screenshots by person and date to understand what was on screen. Open the moments that need a closer look, with the app and capture time already attached.
Get the detail behind a capture.
Open a screenshot at full size and move through nearby captures. Zoom in when you need more detail before following up with someone.
Choose how often screens are captured.
Set a screenshot interval that fits your review needs. Enable screen recording separately when a sequence of work needs more detail.
Replay the steps a screenshot cannot show.
Play back recorded screen activity to follow how a task unfolded. Pause, move through the recording, or change playback speed to review at your own pace.
Go straight to the relevant recording.
Filter by person and date, then choose the time range you want to review. Open the relevant segment without scrolling through an entire day’s screenshots.
Check low activity before drawing conclusions.
Use low-activity captures and keyboard and mouse input rates to decide what needs a closer look. Reading, planning, and calls can involve little input, so review the work before judging the number.
Put idle time in perspective.
Review idle minutes alongside tracked time, meetings, and manually added time in Activity Summary. These signals help you ask better questions about the day.
Keep sensitive screen details private.
Enable capture blur and adjust it for individual people. Decide who can change blur settings so your monitoring policy stays consistent.
Limit the web details you collect.
Choose the web and app reporting level, remove URL query parameters, or keep selected sites at root-domain level. Use the monitoring notice to explain the policy to employees.
Give people clear monitoring boundaries.
Set screenshot pause allowances for individuals and let members view their own Activity Summary when permitted. Make the rules clear before monitoring starts.

Questions,
answered.
What does Kordano Time employee monitoring include?
Screenshots, screen recording, and activity and idle-time reporting, with capture and privacy settings you can configure. Web and app context helps explain the work. What is available follows your workspace settings.
How is this different from time tracking?
Time tracking records hours against projects and tasks. Monitoring adds visual captures and activity signals to help you review those hours. See Time Tracking.
Can screenshots and recordings be configured separately?
Yes. Screenshot interval and video recording are separate controls in Company Settings.
Does low activity mean someone is not working?
No. Input activity is one signal. Reading, calls and planning can involve little mouse or keyboard use, so review the captures and other time categories before drawing conclusions.
What privacy controls are available?
Capture blur with individual blur settings, screenshot pause allowances, web and app reporting detail, URL controls, a monitoring notice and selected member permissions. A screenshot pause applies to screenshots; it does not stop all monitoring.
Can employees see their own activity?
Members can view their own Activity Summary when the relevant permission is enabled.
