Common
questions.
What can I see in workforce analytics?
See hours by person, day, project, and task. Review app and website use, meeting time, long days, and work outside shifts. Reports can also show activity, manual and mobile time, breaks, and leave. The details available depend on what your company tracks.
How is this different from time tracking and employee monitoring?
Time tracking records hours. Employee monitoring shows screenshots, recordings, and activity behind those hours. Workforce analytics compares hours across people, days, projects, and tools so you can spot patterns. Learn more about Time Tracking.
What does Productive time mean?
It means time spent on websites and apps your company has marked Productive. Your company chooses the ratings. Tools stay Unrated until you rate them. This measures app and website time, not the quality or amount of someone’s work.
Does meeting analytics record conversations?
No. It shows meeting hours, the number and length of meetings, and a timeline of scheduled meetings and detected calls. You can see when calls happened and which app was used. It does not record conversations or write down what was said.
Does a flag mean someone is overworked?
No. A flag means a day matched a rule your company set, such as long hours, work outside a shift, or weekend work. Check the details and talk with the person before drawing conclusions. A day counts once in the total, even if it matches several rules.
How can I download a report?
In Custom Export, choose the people, dates, and details you need. Download CSV or XLS with one total per person or a breakdown by day. Choose hours and minutes, decimal hours, or digital time. A daily breakdown can include start and end times.
